village was pretty good but sadly for 11 years they treated the the past titles like its garbage. shows that capcom not had any interest on making a good resident evil thats worth the time. reverse was a big mistake as it was never a high demand for this type a multiplayer mode for this series and had wasted more time and money. but sadly they have good ideas but there not very good on the market on it. capcom has been trying to go on the multiplayer market since resident evil orc and try to be like every multiplayer game out there. you know i start wonder this alot and you are right. If something might get it, it's Resistance, judging how Re:Verse is delayed, I can see they emerge both games to try to appeal, once more, the multiplayer audience. So yeah, I honestly don't think this game will ever get something new. Interesting, so Nemesis edition is bs then. Shame how little they care compared to days of old I've got deeply into the development archives that got leaked recently and RE:3 was released exactly how CAPCOM intended it to be: a 2 in 1 game bundled with Resistance. So, arguably, if Resistance never existed, they MIGHT have given more attention to RE:3. In the documents it also becomes pretty clear how desperate CAPCOM wants a multiplayer game to success (there's even a funny statement in the documents that "MP history is not amazing" lol don't say?). They always planned to have this story: Jill apartment -> Uptown -> R.P.D (it happened before Downtown, so Jill would probably go to the RPD) -> Downtown -> Hospital -> Underground Lab. In the documents it's pretty clear that they planned to have a 5ish hours game from the start, while besides the marketing team emphatize how 5 hours is way too short for a AAA price game, CAPCOM released it like this anyway.
